Kişiler,
toplumları ve yönetimlerini kendi deneyimlerine göre değerlendirirler. Batılı
bakış açısıyla Çin'i değerlendirirken de uzmanlar "kendi doğruları"
üzerinden Çin'i değerlendiriyorlar.
Gelecekte Çin şirketlerinin ve yönetimlerinin, Çin'in eski yerel yönetim

Future
of Chinese Community
People evaluate societies and governments according to their own experience. I
think, when Westerner experts consider about China, they appreciate the China
through their "own truth".
I think also, there are always a spirit of all societies with comprehension and
common-long lasting memory, not only people.
This social psyche can carry ideas and thoughts of the society that individuals
are not aware of it, or even do not attend it.
It happens through by social memory. It's a sociological one.
The memory in the state government systems of the societies are shaped by their
state traditions of history.
China's has a state tradition , which is based on thousands of years of
history.
Societies that are already state traditions for thousands of years, are very
few in the world.
(China,
Iran, Turks, Indians state traditions have 3000-5000 years history.Discontinued
states like Egypt(?),Romans are a few younger.
Governmental tradition of most European states are very young except Britain...
Which generally have formed and specialized in governance after Renaissance.
The Arab's state traditions are very young comparatively to them.
The situation after The Arab Spring ia a clue for it.)
When we look at the state administration systems of China since the past, we
see that the lower powers that are gathered under a dominant power. Sometimes
these minor powers had competed with each other as the administrative regions
of the clans.
Even in today's modern communist China, this structure is preserved and well
adapted. Because, It's an adopted tradition also at the same time.
Chinese society has been accustomed to living under extreme population pressure
with limited resources.
Moreover, this society has been accustomed to repressions which are outsourced
or internal by embracing as cultural norms them which are physical or
to survive thousands of years.
In the coming years, the world will have to handle with struggles due to
overcrowded people under limited resources. There will be clashes break out due
to resource sharing among the groups.
I think, the proposed democratization and reforms to China are inappropriate.
Also in nowadays, due to the increasing injustices and inequalities between
peoples and also states under capitalist liberal economic systems, the concept
of democracy is a losing concept of belief in societies.
Every day, the number of people are increasing which are think that both their
needs-thought and they are not represent in their in their governments and in
the national assemblies.
(Today
being a politician is very expensive for an ordinary citizen, generally. So as,
if being a politician were left in the hands of a class or group who have also
economic power.)
Also the suggested democratic values as humanism, equality, justice, human
rights, etc. seems as valid as only for some deserved societies.
The others are generally being free market and resource as raw or human source
for international companies to supply this life standard level as expendable.
Speaking of which, the events of Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria are in fact the
result of the conflicts over the security and control of energy pipes ...
China has a few key issues to continue in the future.
The first one is energy.
Due to the closed pipe roads because of being insecure in Afghanistan, china
can not buy natural gas from the frontier Asia (Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan) or the Arabian peninsula... (India is
facing with the same problem from Russia).
The other option source is Russia. But she is insisting on selling natural gas
from the same well with EU with same price instead of the second well in
Siberia.
So that, China gets its need natural gas generally as liquefied.
As a biggest (but not selling abroad) natural gas producer USA, can be
the first source for China after 2020's when the USA gas trading companies will
be ready to export liquefied natural gas. (Installing natural gas pipes is the
most expensive part of investment. But also it gives dependence to seller and
buyer.)
Therefore, China focuses on nuclear power plant projects. However, these
resources will not be sufficient for the need for production for export and
internal consumption. When the income level increases, the energy consumption
is raising much more several.
The Coal mines are not preferable unless there is other choice, due to high
pollution problems.
The wind, waves, solar are not efficient to supply the demand.
Secondly, by increasing income level, there will be more consumption for
imported goods and trades. This means there will be less money accumulation.
Until now, china has collected the money generally by exporting abroad but
consuming domestic products. It will be changed. The money will use not only
for technology or branded-license rights or intermediate goods, but also for
luxury goods or entertainment vacations.
As third, by with drawing credited money from world markets, the protection
walls and instructions are raising as customs duties, quality standards,
materials used, quotas or even production constraints within the same economic
unions.
This means exporting the Chinese goods into the industrialized countries will
be with difficulties.
Because of that, China has developed a good strategy to reaching the markets of
developing countries. Which have generally high increasing population with
their demands.
Now while supporting them as technological and educational also for economical
and infrastructural developing, the China also build new markets and resource
for new kind enterprises.
But until when? Because the China is already like the fabric of all the world.
And there is less place where the Chinese goods do still not enter in the
world...
In fact, the aim of trade is meeting mutually needs. Not only selling more and
obtaining more resource for producing more to sell. Because the resources and abilities
are limited.
Pushing on these conditions causes only enforced countries and the world with
more expensive environmental problems.
As a fourth, the migration from rural to urban will cause some social problems.
At first, this migration is the most used and cheapest way to decrease the
production costs for all the history of industrialization.
The new workers who came from rural is always ready to work with less income (which is
always higher than his/her old rural income) than old and organized (in unions) urban workers.
By this migration, the life standards in cities are decreasing. Because
there is more need for constructions for settlements, houses, roads with their
environmental and infrastructure problems.
Also, the used land for buildings will cause some unseen obstacles. For
example, at first the cultivated lands is used for building construction. So
that, the food sources nearby the cities will be disappearing. The
food will come from long away productive areas. Then the demand for roads,
stores with refrigerators, package, stocks will increase for supplying
fresh and safe food.
At first, it seems as new business, in fact this means also the increasing
environmental problems because of lost agricultural lands.
Also, I think that, China should start urgent plans for based on
"Sustainable Economy" as soon as possible.
As Fifth, The Chinese people are already accustomed already to be in a group or
in a caste layer. This seems also a part of traditions.
It seems that power associations and solidarity have been generally existed
around an aim-ideology or society of a territory...
People are used to impact to their local officials according to their statue
and position by demanding or protesting.
In fact, I think, all the government system is based on this structure.
Of course, this structure is open for abuses but not more than other countries.
Despite the harsh measures taken in the fight against corruption, it is certain
that the fray will continue. Because the same problem exists in different
levels at all human societies.
On the other side, like a crowded population, struggling and putting in
an order needs and demands are not possible in another system.
If a proposed social structure comes, under a politic reform like a western
type of democracy, the welfare level of only some certain groups of people will
increase.
There will be also increasing at interest groupings. Which was born from
conflicts and differences in thought.
And you can think that, there will be lots of groups in a crowded society which
discussing and conflicting with each other.
Managing and governing like a society is very hard.
For this reason, I think, a western-style management structure is not suitable
and reliable for China.
Yes ... Taiwan and South Korea come from a similar tradition and smoothly
passed to western type democracies. But there is an important contribution for
both as foreign support and low population (compared to China) in these
transformations ...
(Also, is the only way for the humanity the westernized democracy? This
should be debated.)
I think, the Chinese people are aware of that ...
This governing system will continue with some relaxing reforms according to the
situation of social demands.
But at a level, the Township and Village Enterprises (TVE) and State-Owned
Assets Supervision and Administrative Commission models can be new governing
system for China and also for others.
Internal management of these enterprises can provide more democratic and
freedom for its workers and stock holders under the umbrella of these
companies.
The people can continue to struggle with the life under the support and safe of
these companies.
This can be supply more resource and support for people to realizing their life
purposes.
It seems to be much more compatible with their past and their experience with
the communist system ...
………..
